A number of our customers who placed orders on Catalog 93 have reported that the website payment system has dropped 2012 as a possible credit card expiration date. Perhaps the credit card service thought it redundant.. since everything apparently expires in 2012 anyway.
I sent a note to the website guys, and I am sure they will solve it without much trouble, but in the meantime there are other options:
1) Call us up, and we will be happy to run your card manually through an alternate processing service (good to have backup systems!)
The number here is toll-free in the US. 1-800-233-1918. For those of you who still have letters on your phone, it is really easy to remember as 1-800-AEF-1918. Internationally, we are 001.573.243.1833.
