We have been hearing from folks who needed to renew their Insider subscription, or wanted to sign up for the first time.  They report an error when they are attempting to pay.

If you are having trouble - it is not your fault!  The company that handles the online payments for the subscription side of the site announced a few months ago that all sites had to be upgraded to a new standard of security.  We complied, and made the change.  Unfortunately, though, the upgrade had unintended consequences, as they almost always do.  As of yesterday afternoon, we thought that the website guys had a patch installed and tested that fixed the bug, but as of this morning it is apparently still causing problems.
